Looking for kids to join "Syds Kids"!!
 What is "Syds Kids"? - a team of special needs kids coming together to participate in the Phoenix Children's Hospital Kid's Rock - a 1 mile fun run that completes the last mile of the PF Chang's Rock and Roll Marathon course.
When is the race? - Saturday, January 17, 2009
Where is the race? - Downtown Tempe, AZ
How does the team work? - Our special needs participants are teamed up with typical buddies that walk or run along with them. It's a beautiful partnership that benefits everyone involved: the buddies experience the value of helping someone else participate and the special needs kids have a chance to participate with everyone else!
What is the cost? - There is no cost for special needs participants. Team membership is covered by the Foundation. Siblings and buddies pay $35 - includes race entry, Kid's Rock t-shirt, race bag goodies and finishers medal. It also includes a custom designed t-shirt for "Syds Kids"
TEAM Chances Scottsdale has selected The Sydney Hudson Foundation to be a beneficiary of their fundraising efforts. We are so excited to partner with Chances for Children AZ (Team Chances parent group.) CFC is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating health and fitness chances for Arizona children.
Train, race and raise money for Arizona children, more than 50% of which will go directly to SHF. Help us reach our goal of 100 members!
